The Dawn's Hash Brown Casserole
- 1 lb ore ida frozen hash browns
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 12 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
- 13 cup diced onion
- 12 cup butter
- salt and pepper
- In a large sauce pan melt butter and add all ingredients except potatoes
- When onions are translucent add potatoes and heat through.
- Place into a greased 3 quart glass baking dish.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour or until bubbly.
