Chocolate, Caramel and Coconut Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Blend in vanilla.
  5. Gradually add flour, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool 10 min.
  10. Microwave caramels and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  11. ; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  12. Add coconut; mix well.
  13. Spread over crust.
  14. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over dessert.
  15. Cool completely.
  16. Run knife around edges of pan to loosen dessert.
  17. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into 32 bars.
