Apam balik (malay crepe)

  1. Blend together sugar and water
  2. Add water and blend again
  3. Add flour, baking powder, bicarbonate soda and salt gradually to the batter.
  4. Heat a 7 inch non-stick pan
  5. Add 1 scoop of the batter to the pan and spread the batter with the back of the lid as thin as possible.
  6. Let the batter cook a bit and put sugar, and peanut to your taste on top.
  7. Let the sugar melt a bit.
  8. Lastly, put cream of corn and fold it into half.
  9. Ready to serve
