Paleo whole30 - Garlic lime tilapia

  1. Melt butter in large skillet
  2. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Season fish with old bay on both sides and add to skillet.
  4. Cook for several minutes.
  5. Flip and cook other side for couple minutes.
  6. Pour lime juice into skillet
  7. Cover and cook for a few more minutes.
  8. Until fish flakes easily with a fork.
