Fruity Curry

  1. Method Heat oven to fan 180 C gas mark 4.
  2. Spray a baking tray with olive oil.
  3. Put the raw chicken breasts on it.
  4. Cover with tin foil and cook for 25 mins ( when i am using chicken for children, I always cook it first ,as I find it easier to chop into tiny baby bite size pieces.)

  8. Roughly chop the onion, peel and core the apple,.
  9. peel and chop the pineapple and banana.

  11. Add the low fat coconut milk and chicken stock and stir,, cook for 20 minutes.
