Champagne with a Twist

• One 750-milliliter bottle chilled dry Champagne or sparkling wine
• Eight 3-inch strips of lemon zest

1. Fill 8 chilled flutes with the Champagne.
2. Twist the lemon zest strips and drop one into each glass.
