Hamantaschen Dough (Aka Hamantashen / Oznei Haman)

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add oil and beat.
  3. Add juice and extracts.
  4. Add baking powder.
  5. Gradually add flour until it becomes a good dough consistency.
  6. Fill with favorite filling and shape.
  7. Bake at 350F on lined baking sheet for about 10 minutes (until bottom is golden).
