M&M Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies
- 3/4 cup margarine softened
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 123 cups flour, all-purpose allpurpose
- 3/4 cup oats, quick cooking
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces m&m's
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
- Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in M&M's Semi-sweet chocolate candies until evenly blended.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks.
- Store in tightly covered container.
