Big Ol' Mess

  1. Make a foil cooking bag.
  2. Add sausage, peppers, and onion in foil bag.
  3. Mix hot sauce with the Sweet and Sour Sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Pour over mixture in foil bag and seal edge tightly.
  5. Place bag on grill, turning about every 15 minutes; cooking for about 45 minutes.
  6. Slit open and serve right out of bag.
  7. Excellent served over rice.
