Grilling Glaze for Chicken
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) honey
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) pineapple-orange juice
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ginger
- 1 tsp (5 ml) basil
- Combine all ingredients and bring this to a boil.
- Boil 3 to 4 minutes.
- Baste chicken and grill as ususal, basting as you need to.
