South Of The Border (Dip)(Oh So Easy, Oh So Good!)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 small can chili (no beans)
- 1 small can diced Ortega chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 dash garlic
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 6 1/2 oz. crab meat or 1 small can
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. cream-style horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. loaf Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 2 cans plain chili, without beans
- 1 small can diced chili peppers
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- large fresh mushrooms
- hot sausage (a la Jimmy Dean)
- Place (mound) raw sausage in cleaned mushroom cavities; bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
- Be sure to place mushrooms on drip pan so some of the fat can drip away.
