Cajun Crab Wraps

  1. Melt butter, cream cheese and sour cream together.
  2. Add everything else except crab meat and onions.
  3. Stir in crabmeart and onions, cook about 5 minutes to blend well.
  4. place one heaping teaspoon of mixture in center of wontoon wrapper.
  5. Fold 4 corners together and slightly twist to hold closed.
  6. Deep fry in hot oil for one or two minutes until wontoon wrappers are golden brown.
