Easy Coleslaw in a Plastic Bag
- 1/4 of a large head or 1/2 of a small Cabbage
- 3 tsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Natural salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 dash Pepper
- Wash the cabbage and julienne.
- Put the cabbage in a plastic bag with all the flavoring ingredients.
- Blow up the plastic bag, close the opening and shake the bag to mix everything together.
- Press the air out of the bag, and massage it.
- Moisture will come out of the cabbage and it will shrink in volume.
- Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator.
- If you use a ziplock bag, you can just store it in that.
- With corn kernels and wakame seaweed as a salad.
