Mushroom-Smothered Turkey Sandwiches

  1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min.
  3. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Add water gradually to dry gravy mix in small bowl, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
  5. Add to mushrooms; mix well.
  6. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  7. Cook 1 min.
  8. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  9. Add turkey; toss to coat.
  10. Cook 2 min.
  11. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  12. Cut the 2 large cheese slices crosswise in half.
  13. Fill buns with the cheese and turkey mixture.
