Ryan's Hamburgers
- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. Lowry's Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
- Crackers, crushed
- Your favorite barbecue sauce
- 12 hamburger buns (onion flavor prefered)
- Put all ingredients into a bowl, except crackers.
- Mix well with hands.
- Add crushed crackers until mixture reaches desired consistency; mix well.
- Mold mixture into twelve 2-inch balls.
- Pat gently in hands into burger shape.
- Place burgers on grill over low-medium flame.
- Flip every 3-4 minutes.
- Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce after each flip.
- Cook 'em how you like 'em!
