Salisbury Steak Sliced Potatoes Recipe
- 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 sliced bread, cubed
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes, canned
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Combine beef, onion, bread cubes, 1/2 of tomatoes, salt and pepper, shape into oval patties.
- Arrange potato slices in a greased oven casserole dish, dot with butter.
- Arrange meat patties over potatoes.
- Bake 20 min.
- Pour remaining tomatoes over meat.
- Continue baking in 350 degrees till potatoes are tender and meat is done.
- About 10 min.
- Serve 4 to 5 people.
