Mini Herb and Garlic Potato Bites

  1. Cook potatoes in saucepan of boiling water 15 minute or until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, sour cream and Parmesan.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Drain potatoes; cool slightly.
  5. Cut in half; cut small piece from rounded bottom of each.
  6. Place, bottom-sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon bits and chives.
