Cranberry-Pear Chutney

  1. Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large saucepan on medium heat 8 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except lemon juice and nuts; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove and discard cinnamon sticks.
  5. Stir lemon juice into cranberry mixture.
  6. Spoon into jars; top with nuts.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Cover with lids.
  9. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
