Easy Tomato Aspic Recipe

  1. Put stewed tomatoes in a pan.
  2. Mash well.
  3. Bring to a boil and add in the lemon Jello.
  4. Stir till dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add in 1/2 c. water, celery, lemon juice (optional) and Tabasco sauce.
  7. Grease dish or possibly spray with Pam.
  8. Pour into dish.
  9. Place in refrigerator till it congeals.
  10. Serves 4 to 6.
  11. Good with meat.
