Chocolate Domino Cookies

  1. Sift the cocoa, flour, and salt together into a medium bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat the butter and sugars with an electric mixer on medium high speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the cocoa mixture.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and cream and beat until a dough forms.
  5. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  7. Roll the dough to 1/4" thickness, cut 16 2" by 4 " rectangles, and place on baking sheets.
  8. Score each rectangle in the middle the short way, and press in the white chocolate chips to create dominos.
  9. Place the cookies on a prepared baking sheet.
  10. Chill for 15 minutes.
  11. Bake for 13 minutes.
  12. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes.
  13. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  14. Enjoy!
