Classic Creamy Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup corn flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Return to pan.
- Add sour cream and cheeses; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 1-1/2 qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with corn flakes.
- Drizzle with butter.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through.
