Western Salad Recipe

• 1/3 c. olive or possibly other salad oil
• 1/3 c. lemon juice
• 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 3 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• Freshly grnd pepper to taste

1. Mix dressing ingredients in jar.
2. Shake well.
3. Chill to store.
4. Toss all salad ingredients in large bowl with sufficient dressing to coat greens.
