Sweet Pork
- 3 lbs pork roast
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1 (12 ounce) can Coca-Cola
- 2 cups brown sugar
- water
- Fill crockpot with roast and water to fill 1/2 way.
- Cook on high for 5 hours.
- Discard liquid.
- Cut roast in 4 sections and trim visible fat.
- Puree salsa in blender, then add brown sugar and coke.
- Return all to crockpot and cook on high for 3 more hours.
- Shred with a fork.
- I put 10oz.
- portions in freezer bags (what my family will use for a meal and have enough for a couple of wraps left over).
