Sweet Pork

  1. Fill crockpot with roast and water to fill 1/2 way.
  2. Cook on high for 5 hours.
  3. Discard liquid.
  4. Cut roast in 4 sections and trim visible fat.
  5. Puree salsa in blender, then add brown sugar and coke.
  6. Return all to crockpot and cook on high for 3 more hours.
  7. Shred with a fork.
  8. I put 10oz.
  9. portions in freezer bags (what my family will use for a meal and have enough for a couple of wraps left over).
