Ellens Lemon Basil Salad Dressing

  1. Place the basil in the bowl of a mini food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and honey, and pulse several times until combined.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add the olive oil and process until emulsified.
  5. Taste and adjust honey and salt.
  6. Serve right away to preserve the color.
