Sweet And Sour Fish
- 1 baked salmon fish head or salmon fillet OR
- 1 deep fried battered pollack fish OR hallibut
- 1 cup dice onion
- 1 bunch dice fresh tomato
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 2 cup pineapple
- 2 cup small cherry tomaro
- 1/2 cup heinz tomato sauce or ketchup
- 1/2 cup heinz chili sauce or chili ketchup
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp fine chili powder
- ONION AND SPRING ONION ( OPTION 1 )
- baked salmon and set aside
- mix sauce and set aside
- brown onion then add sauce and bring it to a boil
- off heat and add garnish then top bake salmon
- PINEAPPLE AND SPRING ONION ( OPTION 2 )
- Add sauce with pineapple and cherry tomato to a boil then add spring onion
- Coat cooked sauce with fried pollack fish gently and serve
