Homemade chicken noodle soup
- 3 4 Chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
- 1/2 large Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Powdered chicken bouillon
- 1 packages Wide egg noodles
- 6 Stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp Mexican oregano
- 2 can Tomato sauce
- 2 liter Water (your amount will vary)
- 12 Limes (optional)
- Fill 75% of your pan with with water and heat on high heat, add in bouillon, garlic salt, and oregano.
- While the water is heating up cut the chicken up into 1 inch cubes
- After all the chicken is cut, carefully place it into the water, add salt and pepper to taste.
- When the chicken floats to the surface turn the heat down to medium add in the celery, onions and tomato sauce, stir and let it come back to a boil.
- Add in the wide egg noodles and cook them till tender
- Let cool.
- Serve with a sliced lime
