Chutney Chicken
- 3 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup orange juice
- 34 cup fruit chutney
- 2 12 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees F.
- Arrange the chicken in a baking dish large enough to hold all the pieces and season.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, or until very tender.
