Pineapple Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1 box Duncan Hines golden brown butter cake mix
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
- 2 (3 1/3 ounce.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. Cold Whip
- Crushed cherries & nuts
- Prepare cake as directed on package, grease cookie sheet with sides or possibly 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch pan with sides.
- Spread out on pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Cold cake.
- Mix pudding as directed and cream cheese, whip till smooth.
- Spread on cake.
- Spread liquid removed pineapple, crushed pineapple, nuts and minced cherries on top.
- Refrigeratebefore serving.
- Can also use bananas in place of pineapple.
