Pineapple Pudding Cake Recipe

  1. Prepare cake as directed on package, grease cookie sheet with sides or possibly 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch pan with sides.
  2. Spread out on pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees.
  4. Cold cake.
  5. Mix pudding as directed and cream cheese, whip till smooth.
  6. Spread on cake.
  7. Spread liquid removed pineapple, crushed pineapple, nuts and minced cherries on top.
  8. Refrigeratebefore serving.
  9. Can also use bananas in place of pineapple.
