Chorizo Potato Brunch Hash #SP5
- 2 -3 chorizo sausage
- 1 kg Simply Potatoes, cut variety
- 1 wildfire red chili pepper
- 12-1 teaspoon smokey paprika
- 1 -2 tablespoon rice bran oil (or any oil that takes a high temperature)
- Slice the chorizo not too thickly and chop the chilli.
- Heat the oil in heavy based skillet fry chorizo and chopped chilli and Smokey Paprika for about a minute at a high heat.
- Add Cut Variety potatoes to skillet.
- Dont move around too much as you are wanting to get the potatoes crunchy.
- Season to taste.
