Paleo olive oil mayo - whole 30

  1. Place egg and lemon juice in the blender or food processor.
  2. Let the come to room temperature -about 30-60 minutes.
  3. Add the dry mustard, salt, 1/4 cup olive oil.
  4. Whirl until well mixed -about 20-30 seconds.
  5. Add 1 cup of olive oil SLOWLY while blending.
