Sausage Balls
- 1 pound Ground Sausage (I Like Jimmy Dean)
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1.
- Leave sausage, cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl until they get to room temperature (I usually leave them out 15 minutes or so).
- 2.
- Preheat oven at 390 F (once the sausage and cheese are at room temp start the preheating.)
- 3.
- Add Bisquick into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- 4.
- Using an electric mixer, blend until fully mixed.
- 5.
- Roll into small walnut sized balls and put on a greased rimmed cookie sheet.
- 6.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- This may take longer on your oven!
- 7.
- Serve warm.
