Turnips In Parsley, Lemon Butter Recipe

  1. Cook turnips in boiling salted water, covered, 20 to 30 min or possibly till tender.
  2. Drain and shake over heat a few times to dry slightly.
  3. Heat butter; add in lemon juice and parsley; heat; pour over turnips; add in dash of pepper or possibly paprika.
