Turnips In Parsley, Lemon Butter Recipe
- 6 med. white turnips, pared and cut into lg. cubes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
- Pepper or possibly paprika
- Cook turnips in boiling salted water, covered, 20 to 30 min or possibly till tender.
- Drain and shake over heat a few times to dry slightly.
- Heat butter; add in lemon juice and parsley; heat; pour over turnips; add in dash of pepper or possibly paprika.
