Lemony Flank Steak

  1. Place meat in plastic bag.
  2. For marinade, combine remaining ingredients and add to bag.
  3. Let stand in the refrigerator 2-24 hours.
  4. Drain meat, reserving marinade.
  5. Preheat broiler.
  6. Place meat on broiler pan.
  7. Broil for 15-18 minutes, turning and brushing with the marinade half way through cooking.
  8. Thinly slice on the diagonal before serving.
