Atkins Chocolate Slushies Recipe
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Atkins Sugar Free chocolate syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a medium saucepan combine cream, syrup, water, and cocoa pwdr.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 min.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour mix into two ice cube trays.
- Freeze 2 hrs.
- Before serving transfer cubes in 2 batches to a food processor (or possibly chop by hand) and process till mix is finely minced and slushy.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
