Atkins Chocolate Slushies Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepan combine cream, syrup, water, and cocoa pwdr.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 min.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour mix into two ice cube trays.
  6. Freeze 2 hrs.
  7. Before serving transfer cubes in 2 batches to a food processor (or possibly chop by hand) and process till mix is finely minced and slushy.
  8. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  9. Description: "Keep a batch in the freezer for a last minute dessert or possibly summertime treat."
