Colin's Italian Meatballs
- 13 lb ground beef
- 13 lb ground pork
- 13 lb ground veal
- 1 12 teaspoons Ener-G Egg Substitute
- 14 cup soymilk
- 12 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (egg and dairy free)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
- Roll meatballs to 1/2 golf ball size.
- Brown meatballs in skillet or sauce pan at high heat for 3 minutes a side.
- Place tomato sauce and meatballs in a crock pot on low heat.
- Simmer meatballs for 3 hours.
- Serve immediately or store meatballs in fridge or freezer in tomato sauce used in crock pot.
