Colin's Italian Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
  2. Roll meatballs to 1/2 golf ball size.
  3. Brown meatballs in skillet or sauce pan at high heat for 3 minutes a side.
  4. Place tomato sauce and meatballs in a crock pot on low heat.
  5. Simmer meatballs for 3 hours.
  6. Serve immediately or store meatballs in fridge or freezer in tomato sauce used in crock pot.
