Fried Egg, Apple & Ham Sandwich
- 4 teaspoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 4 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 4 teaspoons honey mustard
- 4 cinnamon raisin bagels, split, toasted
- 4 teaspoons Land O Lakes Butter, if desired
- 4 (1-ounce) slices Canadian bacon*
- 1 medium apple, cored, cut crosswise into 8 thin round slices
- Melt 2 teaspoons butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling.
- Break 2 eggs into pan; break yolks with spatula.
- Cook 1-2 minutes or until set on bottom.
- Turn eggs over; continue cooking 1 minute or until eggs are cooked through.
- Place eggs onto large plate; cover; keep warm.
- Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
- Keep warm.
- Spread 1 teaspoon honey mustard over cut-side of bottom half of bagel.
- Butter cut-side of top half of bagel, if desired.
- Place Canadian bacon into hot skillet; cook turning occasionally 30-60 seconds or until heated through.
- Place 1 slice cheese onto bottom half of each bagel.
- Top each with 1 slice Canadian bacon, 2 slices apple and 1 fried egg.
- Place top half of bagel over egg.
- Serve warm.
- *Substitute 4 slices ham.
