Fried Egg, Apple & Ham Sandwich

  1. Melt 2 teaspoons butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling.
  2. Break 2 eggs into pan; break yolks with spatula.
  3. Cook 1-2 minutes or until set on bottom.
  4. Turn eggs over; continue cooking 1 minute or until eggs are cooked through.
  5. Place eggs onto large plate; cover; keep warm.
  6. Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
  7. Keep warm.
  8. Spread 1 teaspoon honey mustard over cut-side of bottom half of bagel.
  9. Butter cut-side of top half of bagel, if desired.
  10. Place Canadian bacon into hot skillet; cook turning occasionally 30-60 seconds or until heated through.
  11. Place 1 slice cheese onto bottom half of each bagel.
  12. Top each with 1 slice Canadian bacon, 2 slices apple and 1 fried egg.
  13. Place top half of bagel over egg.
  14. Serve warm.
  15. *Substitute 4 slices ham.
