Pork Soboro
- 250 grams Ground pork
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger and one tablespoon of sake to the meat, and mix well.
- Heat up a frying pan, put in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and cook the ground beef until it is well-done.
- After it has cooked through, add the ingredients marked with and continue cooking until the juices evaporate.
