Texas Red Barbecue Sauce Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in saucepan in 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the oil.
  3. Add in ketchup, vinegar, remaining oil, seasonings and water and bring to a boil.
  4. Keep warm if using as a basting sauce.
  5. Makes 2 1/2 c..
  6. Sufficient to baste 4 to 5 chickens.
