Hoagie Dip

  1. Chop tomatoes and remove all seeds.
  2. Shred lettuce (you can also use bagged shredded lettuce).
  3. Finely chop onion.
  4. Finely chop lunchmeat and cheese and put them in a large bowl.
  5. Spoon mayo over the top and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Add tomato, onion and lettuce right before serving and mix well.
  7. If you add them too soon and let them sit, the dip can get watery.
  8. Tear long sandwich rolls into bite-size pieces and serve.
