Black Tie Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup yogurt, low-fat
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, light
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 small tomatoes halved crosswise
- 1 x lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon caviar black, rinsed and drained, plus 1 ts
- Combine yogurt and mayonnaise and onion powder in small bowl.
- Mix well.
- Cover and chill at least one hour.
- Arrange tomato halves on lettuce lined plates and top each with 1 teaspoon yogurt mixture and 1/2 teaspoon caviar.
