Perogies

  1. Saute onion in oleo.
  2. Boil potatoes; drain.
  3. Add onion to potatoes.
  4. Add cheese and mash.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Combine flour, eggs, sour cream and salt.
  7. Knead together for 10 minutes.
  8. Divide into 3 portions.
  9. Roll out dough, cut into squares.
  10. Put one tsp of filling into each square, fold over dough and seal edges.
  11. Place about 1 1/2 dozen pierogi into half a kettle of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  12. Drain.
  13. Serve warm.
