Crunchy Orange Yogurt Pie

  1. Combine cereal, coconut and margarine.
  2. Press onto bottom of 9" pie pan.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 10- 12 minutes and cool.
  4. Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water.
  5. Blend in yogurt.
  6. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
  7. Beat jelly mixture until light and fluffy.
  8. Drain orange sections and place on pie shell (reserve a few for garnish).
  9. Pour yogurt mixture into pie shell and chill 3 hours or overnight.
