Missy's Cheese Dip

  1. In large teflon pan melt butter and saute diced onion and green chilis.
  2. Keep on low heat so you do not burn.
  3. Add evaporated milk (do not add water), cream of mushroom and let simmer, stirring constantly.
  4. Slowly add the cubed cheese and stir while it melts.
  5. Serve hot with chips.
