Lemon Krisp Cookies
- 1 (18 ounce) package lemon supreme cake mix (any brand)
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 cup melted margarine
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- Melt margarine, and add egg .
- Mix well.
- Add all other ingrediants.
- Form into walnut sized balls.
- Do will be sticky.
- Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes, and remove to cooling rack.
- Note: Do not overbake cookies.
- You may want to gently squash cookies with a spoon when almost finished baking.
