Gooey Halloween Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add flour; mix well.
  5. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Bake 12 to 14 min.
  7. or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly on wire rack.
  9. Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  10. or until caramels begin to melt.
  11. Stir until caramels are completely melted; spread gently over crust.
  12. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle half over caramel.
  13. Sprinkle with candy corn and nuts; drizzle with remaining chocolate.
  14. Refrigerate 30 min.
  15. or until chocolate is firm.
  16. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
