Chinese Pepper Steak Recipe

  1. Sprinkle meat with paprika.
  2. Brown meat in butter.
  3. Add in garlic and broth.
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 min.
  5. Stir in onions and green peppers.
  6. Cover and cook 5 min.
  7. Blend water, cornstarch, and soy sauce, stirring till clear and thickened.
  8. Add in tomatoes and stir gently.
  9. Serve on bed of warm rice or possibly Chinese noodles.
