Pumpkin Ice Cream

• 1 liter French vanilla ice cream or 1 liter any vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup cold mashed pumpkin
• 1 teaspoon mixed spice

1. Soften ice cream.
2. Mix in pumpkin and mixed spice.
3. Spread into a 17 X 10cm loaf tin.
4. Freeze until hard.
5. Serve cut into slice with fresh fruit, muffin or a slice of cakes.
