Wonton-style ravioli
- 8 wonton shells
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 oz ground beef
- 2 slice tomato
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 pinch salt
- Brown beef, cooking to 155F.
- Season with cumin, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
- Cut slice of tomato, and dice.
- Take 4 oz of cream cheese and, in bowl, fold in beef and tomato.
- Scoop mixture into wonton shells, use water to seal sides together.
- Bring oil to 350F.
- Drop wontons into oil, and cook for 90 seconds.
