Wonton-style ravioli

  1. Brown beef, cooking to 155F.
  2. Season with cumin, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Cut slice of tomato, and dice.
  4. Take 4 oz of cream cheese and, in bowl, fold in beef and tomato.
  5. Scoop mixture into wonton shells, use water to seal sides together.
  6. Bring oil to 350F.
  7. Drop wontons into oil, and cook for 90 seconds.
