Heart Attack Chicken

  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts
  2. Roughly chop a handful of sage
  3. Grate mozzarella
  4. Combine sage, mozzarella, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a stuffing
  5. Stuff chicken breasts with mozzarella mix
  6. Wrap each breast in bacon so strips overlap
  7. Bake for 20mins at 200F (C), or until liquid runs clear
  8. Finish under grill for 5 mins
  9. Make a side dish!
  10. Bake tomatoes and beans in a casserole dish with sea salt, crushed garlic, pepper, and a dash each of soy, wine and olive oil.
  11. Slice the bacon-wrapped breasts at table and serve family-style
