Island Hamburgers with Mango Salsa

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine pineapple, dressing and cilantro.
  3. Add half the pineapple mixture to meat; mix lightly.
  4. Add mango to remaining pineapple mixture; set aside.
  5. Shape meat mixture into 8 thin patties.
  6. Place 1 cream cheese piece in center of each of 4 of the patties; top with second patty.
  7. Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
  8. Grill patties 7 to 9 min.
  9. on each side or until done.
  10. Fill rolls with burgers; top with mango mixture.
