Island Hamburgers with Mango Salsa
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small mango, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cut into 4 pieces
- 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Combine pineapple, dressing and cilantro.
- Add half the pineapple mixture to meat; mix lightly.
- Add mango to remaining pineapple mixture; set aside.
- Shape meat mixture into 8 thin patties.
- Place 1 cream cheese piece in center of each of 4 of the patties; top with second patty.
- Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
- Grill patties 7 to 9 min.
- on each side or until done.
- Fill rolls with burgers; top with mango mixture.
